ABOUT MY PRACTICE
Kellie Turner Spalding is an Associate Attorney at Quirk & Quirk, LLC. Her practice involves the workouts of distressed loans and the representation of financial institutions and other persons or entities as creditors in bankruptcy, as well as through the foreclosure and confirmation process. In addition, she assists business entities and individuals with the formation of limited liability companies or corporations and with commercial and real estate transactions and litigation, including the drafting and review of formation documents, commercial leases and other business contracts, partnership and operating agreements, all loan and collateral documentation, and the filing and defending of actions flowing therefrom. Her practice also periodically involves preparation and review of wills and trusts, along with other estate planning and probate matters.
