ABOUT MY PRACTICE
Helen Pfaff is an Associate Attorney at Quirk & Parnell, LLC, where she represents financial institutions, small business owners, and individuals in transactional, lending, and civil litigation matters. She prepares and negotiates civil litigation pleadings, business, and real estate documents, (including operating agreements, commercial leases, and loan and collateral documentation), and handles matters arising from their enforcement. She is also experienced in real estate transactions and title work, as well as select domestic relations, estate planning, and probate matters. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, by way of Cincinnati, Ohio, Helen began her career with Q&P as a paralegal. Now an attorney, she values the firm’s collaborative approach and strong sense of community, which inform her practical, solutions-oriented service to clients.
