ABOUT MY PRACTICE
I practice a wide range of law including commercial litigation representing both small and large companies (and/or their insurers), as well as individuals. The types of claims I litigate vary and range from construction disputes to premises liability claims. I also engage in a large amount of transactional work, including the drafting and review of wills, loan and security documents, construction contracts, and various types of other contracts.

Co-Authored “A New TARP to Cover Mortgagee Losses”, an article published in the Claims Interest Group of the CPCU Society’s Claims Quorum, Volume 28, Number 3, October 2010.
My husband and I have two young and very active children who keep me on my toes daily. We are active members at the Catholic Church of St. Ann in Marietta, Georgia. In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, spending time with my family and friends, and watching my children participate in their many extra-curricular activities.
