ABOUT MY PRACTICE
I have been practicing law for thirty-one (31) years and am based out of Atlanta. My practice involves transactions throughout Georgia and the United States.
I began my practice in-house with the commercial lending group of a large financial institution, handling loans and related matters for transactions ranging from a few million dollars to those in excess of one hundred million in size. I accepted a partnership position with our Firm over twenty (20) years ago to continue to represent lenders, as well as landlords, tenants, purchasers and sellers in commercial real estate and other transactions involving construction lending, lease, purchase and sale negotiation, commercial loan closings and sales of other real estate by lenders.
I am a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and enjoy a top rating from my peer group in the industry. We provide a broad range of services from very experienced attorneys and paralegals at rates which are very competitive in the marketplace.
