Founded in 1980, Quirk & Quirk, LLC, is an Atlanta-based law firm that focuses on matters concerning banks and financial institutions, as well as commercial litigation and transactions. While the practice has grown over the years and provides the resources commensurate with those of a large firm, our attorneys and staff maintain the personalized service and cost-effectiveness of a small firm.

Before joining the practice, our partners and associates obtained significant legal experience in both the private and public sectors, including the District Attorney’s office and United States Department of Justice.
